Hiranandani Group (Hiranandani Communities)

Hiranandani Group was founded in 1978 by Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani and Surendra Hiranandani and is known for large integrated townships that combine homes, offices, retail and social infrastructure. Its best-known developments include Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, Hiranandani Estate in Thane and Hiranandani Parks near Chennai, with further projects in Panvel, Alibaug and Ahmedabad.

The group already has a significant presence in Greater Noida through the Yotta data-centre park, which is separate from this residential project but signals long-term investment in the region. Hiranandani Sector MU Greater Noida would mark its notable entry into the Greater Noida housing market, bringing its township-led planning model to NCR with proposed 2, 3 and 4 BHK homes.

A developer’s brand and track record are useful background, but they do not by themselves confirm land ownership, approvals or delivery of a new project. Before booking, ask for the registered project name, the promoter entity, the exact sector and plot number, land title documents and the UP-RERA registration, which was reported as pending in October 2026.
